Molybdenum Disilicide(MoSi2 ) heating element is a resistance generate-heating component made from MoSi2 or the basic material .It is used in high temperature under the oxidizing atmosphere , it look like glass in its surface and form a light SiO2 glass film which can protect the element not to be oxidized .So this kind of element has unique effect for resisting oxidization in the high temperature . This type of elements are self-bonded silicon carbide formed by re-crystallization of silicon carbide at high temperatures .It consists of three high – purity silicon carbide elements connected at are end by a silicon carbide crossbar .

■ U-Type
This element consists of two silicon carbide legs with equal diameter each leg is divided into two parts, hot zone and cold zone with a joint. Resistance of both is equal to ensure a uniform performance. Both shanks are joined with crossbar made of low resistance.
